Keith Urban’s split from Nicole Kidman has rocked music and celebrity fans everywhere. The two seemed to be the celebrity couple that was going to last.

Now, Kidman has filed for divorce after months of separation. Rumors are swirling that Urban already has a new girlfriend thanks to inside sources. If so, this woman remains a mystery, but fans are looking for evidence everywhere.
What happened: Which is why this is suspect. Days ago, Urban changed the lyrics to his 2017 song “The Fighter.” It’s a song Urban says was inspired by his wife. But recently, Urban changed one of the lyrics to reference, his utility player, Maggie Baugh.
Baugh was performing on stage with him.
The lyrics: The original lyric was “When they’re tryna get to you, baby I’ll be the fighter.”
- But Urban changed it to: “When they’re tryna get to you, Maggie I’ll be your guitar player.”
Just check out the Instagram clip and be the judge. The poster wrote, “Did he just say that👀.”
Keith Urban Talks Song Inspiration
This comes after Urban admitted that Kidman inspired the song.
- “It’s all from a conversation my wife and I had early on in our relationship, that when things get tough, I need to hold her tighter and just try to take care of her,” the country singer shared. “The song is about wanting to heal somebody, wanting to take care of somebody, wanting to protect somebody. It’s really like a vow in so many ways.”
Nicole Kidman devastated: It’s a far cry from last year when Kidman said, “I’m so lucky that I have Keith, who’s just my love, my deep, deep love. That gives me the ability to go and do whatever I have to do because I know where I can come back to.”
Now, according to inside sources, “Nicole lives full time in Nashville. She loves the tight-knit community and group of friends that she has built, and it’s the perfect place to raise her children.”
- “It really hasn’t been a secret in their circles that Keith and Nicole have been living separately for a while now,” the source added. “People close to Keith felt like the split was kind of inevitable.”
