You would think that getting caught sniffing a woman’s butt in public would be enough to shame someone to never do it again. But, a California man has been arrested multiple times for the weird alleged act, caught on camera, creeping on women.

Calese Carron Crowder, 38, was arrested after being caught on store CCTV following women around, sniffing their rear ends. The footage shows him sneaking about, approaching women in a store in Burbank. The police haven’t released the name of the place.
But, according to the report, this isn’t the first time time man has been arrested for allegedly sniffing butts. His latest arrest comes only a few weeks after another arrest for the same crime. Police were called to the Empire Center shopping center on Victory Place, where reports of the suspect had come in.
The butt sniffing man had been creeping around the women’s department. Police looked at the store’s security camera and saw the man following a woman and engaging “in lewd behavior by inappropriately sniffing her buttocks.” Police charged Crowder after reviewing the footage.
Serial Butt Sniffing
Prior to these alleged crimes, Crowder was already on the sex offenders register and was on ‘active parole.’ However, the terms of his parole clearly weren’t strict enough because he was still at large, allegedly putting his nose where it didn’t belong.
In fact, his alleged butt sniffing antics had gone viral in the past. A video, captured by a woman on TikTok, shows a man sneaking up behind her in a Barnes & Noble before moving in. He can be seen getting close before moving in and sniffing her butt.
“It felt like anywhere I moved, he kept following me,” she recalled to KTLA in 2023. “So I recorded just in case he was trying to say anything or do anything to me, but I definitely did not expect him to do this.”
“He was literally under me, so freaking close to me, so I decided to tell the front desk,” she said. The police arrived, identified the man, and he was arrested. But, since then, he has been caught multiple times for the same crime.
The insatiable butt sniffing man has been arrested. But who knows when he will be on the loose again?
