Diverno posted videos to her Youtube channel, which currently has over 178,000 subscribers, playing the videogame ‘Star Stable’.
Her top video has over 891,000 views. Diverno’s first Youtube post was made 9 years ago, a video in which she plays the game ‘Minecraft’.
At just 23 years old, her passing comes as a total shock to friends and family. In addition to being a Youtuber, Diverno also reportedly rode horses in real life.

Sophia attended both Lumen Christi Catholic High School and Jackson Prep and Early College for her high school years. As a sophomore at Lumen Christi, Sophia was a varsity runner for the girls cross country team. She then graduated from Jackson Prep and Early College and continued on in the Jackson College nursing program. While growing up, Sophia was involved in many sports and activities. She began taking dance lessons at the Academy of the Arts at the age of four. Sophia was a joy to watch as a member of the Jackson Dance Company performing in yearly recitals and competitions. She also played soccer for AYSO in Grass Lake and ran several community 5K with her family. Sophia had a special love for horses and became an accomplished young horsewoman. She competed in numerous equestrian events throughout Michigan with her beloved horse Lola, aka “Better Than Boys.”

To lose such a talented, devoted young woman at such a young age is beyond a tragedy. She never had a chance to truly experience life.
The cause of Diverno’s death is currently unknown.
