Trevor Fowler and his grandpa, Willard Sumner, 84, were home alone when Sumner had a heart attack, Fox 8 reports.
Little Trevor kept calm, giving the emergency dispatcher all the necessary information to get EMS to the scene.
Trevor says his mom is diabetic, and she trained him how to talk to emergency crews just in case she had an emergency.
Sumner is expected to make a full recovery thanks to his grandson’s quick thinking.
