Butt of The Conversation: Cardi B has a famous behind. It’s gloriously big and has even undergone surgery, but not for the Karashian reasons. Cardi B has actually had it reduced. That trunk junk was becoming more of a burden than a boon.
- So, when she decided to get her butt pierced, it wasn’t a painful process. As she revealed on the podcast, the area where she had a hole punched was already numb. It was a quick and easy, if not slightly unconventional, jewelry installation.
- “Sometimes people say that my butt is too big, but they don’t understand they already did a butt surgery to reduce my a–… I practically did a tummy tuck on my a–… So, like, the top of my a–, that skin part is numb. So when I pierce my a–, I ain’t feel s—. It was, it was the easiest piercing ever.”
Nobody believed her when she said she had it done, but, in true Cardi B fashion, she provided pics. Thankfully, they’re pretty safe for work.

Cardi B didn’t put any old trash in her ass. After getting the piercing in her butt, she installed $13,000 worth of jewelry in it. The small decoration was adorned with real diamonds, but it didn’t last long. While she was using the loo, she lost the whole thing down the pan.
- “I realized I was like, ‘Hold on.’ I was looking around. I was looking at my pants and my panties and stuff, and I’m like, ‘Yep. Went down the toilet.” It was a wild thing to lose. But, according to Cardi B, the studio offered to refund her for the piercing.
Only someone like Cardi B would get her butt cracked pierced, and only she would be okay with flushing it down the toilet only a few weeks later.
