Despite their best efforts, the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has left fans feeling divided. The audience was split into two groups. The first group adored the show, claiming it finally represented inclusivity. With varying ages, races, and body types, they were in full support of all of the stunning women on stage.

Additionally, supporters of the show argued that they felt as if the glitz and glamour took them back to the early 2000s Victoria’s Secret, which is what many fans were craving. However, not everyone in the audience was on board with the latest show.

Those in opposition to the show claimed it was odd to have included athletes and influencers on the runway among the professional models. Additionally, some people were not fans of including varying body types in the show.

As usual, people took to the internet to share their thoughts and opinions about the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. One TikTok user, who goes by the name psaprockyxoxo11, spoke out about her hopes for the show this year.

She captioned the video with “I want a skinny Barbie, not a fat Barbie.” I am sure it’s easy to guess which side of the debate she took after the show. Here is some of her reasoning behind her comment.

  • “You can cancel me, but I don’t want to see one fat girl on the runway tonight at Victoria’s Secret.”
  • From there, she explains that it is because “the whole idea is that they are supposed to be Angels. They are supposed to have this unachievable, unrecognizable, like insane body.”
  • She later argues that other models of differing sizes “are still models and still beautiful,” but that is simply “not the point of Victoria’s Secret.”

Surprisingly, her video was met with a lot less hate than expected. Many people seemed to agree with her opinion and shared their distaste upon discovering that the show would feature models of varying body types.

  • She then goes on to comment about how she thinks they select appropriate influencers for the show, ranging from athletes like Suni Lee to past models.
