The star of the gross plastic surgery show Nip/Tuck was recently involved in a car crash with his family. Red-faced and covered in spilled White Claw, he staggered from the wreck and tried to explain himself to the police. His reps have given us their end of the story.

While driving back from a day on the beach, Nip/Tuck star Dylan Walsh lost control of his SUV and crashed his car into a pole. Stepping from the vehicle, looking dazed and confused, police said he was very red in the face.
Initial Police Report: They questioned him, and he admitted that he and his crew had been drinking and eating in a bar, according to TMZ. The police took a look inside his SUV and found that there was a cooler with a number of empty White Claw cans inside. It wasn’t looking good for Nip/Tuck star Walsh.
Reps Step in To Clear His Name
Despite the admission of drinking prior to the car crash and the open cans of White Claw, his reps insist the Nip/Tuck star’s accident was due to a stroke. According to them, Dylan Walsh lost control of his car on the way home due to a medical issue.
PR Claims All Clear: According to his reps, he was subjected to a blood test on admission to the hospital. They claim that this came out all clear, free of alcohol. However, this is all according to them, and no official police statement has been made.
“Over the weekend, Dylan Walsh and his family were involved in a car accident in Rumson,” the rep told The Post. “Thankfully, everyone is safe and has since returned home.”
“The family is deeply grateful for the swift response of the Rumson Police, Fire Department and EMS, as well as the staff at Riverview Medical Center for their care,” they continued. “They would also like to extend a special thank-you to the management and staff of The River Point Inn for their support in the immediate aftermath.”
