The 23-year-old Air Force member on leave from North Carolina’s Seymour-Johnson Air Force Base was charged with felony assault on a cop, misdemeanor assault, and disruptive intoxication for giving a Minnesota Public Safety officer not one, but two “wet Willies.”

When asked by the cop what would happen if he exhibited similar behavior towards a military superior, Swearingen said “it would be a very big deal.”
