An unsuspecting woman has taken a closer look at her young daughter’s dress to find some very inappropriate messages scrawled on it.

Kids’ clothes often have little bits of writing on them. Messages like ‘cutie’ or ‘Don’t talk to me until I’ve had my milk’ are sweet and appropriate phrases. But the Easter themed dress and shorts combo that a mother had bought for her very young daughter went in a totally different direction.

The video, shared on TikTok, shows the mother looking at the cute little dress. It has all the trappings of a typical child’s Easter outfit. There are eggs, bunnies, and chicks. It seems innocent enough. But there are phrases written all over it, too.

On closer inspection, the messages covering her young daughter’s dress are all sexual. “Want to have an easter egg hunt under the covers,” one message says. “This coupon entitles you to one free Peep Show,” reads another.

The messages are all equally inappropriate for her young daughter’s dress. It is made for a child, and there shouldn’t be any mention of peep shows or under-the-covers activities. One of the messages explicitly references sexual acts, saying “let’s pretend we’re rabbits and do whatever comes naturally.”

Inappropriate Kids Clothing Company Named And Shamed

Moms united in their outrage at the inappropriate messages scrawled on their young daughter’s dress. Using their combined detective powers, they identified exactly where the offensive clothing came from. Despite not mentioning the brand in the video, almost instantly, it was named and shamed.

It appeared that the clothing was sold by an online company known as Lele&Co. The outraged, united moms went on a tirade, and the witch hunt began. They wanted blood, and Lele&Co would be the one to bleed.

Within a few hours, the company issued an apology, saying the item was purchased from a vendor. The seller removed the item. But it wasn’t enough for the furious mothers. They wanted to see someone pay — small, female-run business owner or not. Only a few hours later, Lele&Co socials were offline, nowhere to be found.

On their website, they addressed the vitriol that has come as a result of their printing mistake. After their official apology, they said, “Despite the negative and hateful messages, they will not diminish the passion that founded this company. Lele & CO is facing slander based on unfounded claims. I appreciate everyone’s concerns that brought this matter to my attention and allowed me the opportunity to address and respond in a respectful manner.”

A sacrifice had been made. The frothing, furious internet mob had been sated, for now. There would be no more inappropriate messages on young children’s clothing today.
