A bizarre obsession with setting Guinness world records is the least of this guy’s problems.

Har Pakash Rishi, a 74-year-old man from New Delhi, India, has had all of his teeth removed in order to fit nearly 50o straws and over 50 burning candles in his mouth. He also had 366 flags tattooed on his body for the act.

Already a holder of more than 20 records—including delivering a pizza from New Delhi, India to San Francisco in the U.S., and downing a bottle of ketchup in less than 4 minutes— he calls himself Guinness Rishi.

Rishi’s first record came in 1990 when he rode a scooter for 1,001 hours. And his wife, Bimla, has also gotten involved. She has the 1991 record for writing the world’s shortest will: “All to Son.”

An auto mechanic by trade who has more than 500 tattoos on his body, Rishi says stuffing the straws in his mouth was the toughest of all his outlandish feats.

“For that record, I needed space,” He told Reuters. “I had to remove every tooth so I could put maximum straws in my mouth.”
