The moment two chimneys at the Cockenzie Power Station in Scotland were blown up Saturday was quite a sight to behold.

The nearly 500-foot-tall chimneys had been standing since 1967 and were considered iconic.

The chimnies were rigged with explosives stuffed in 150 holes respectively. When detonated, the chimneys tipped towards one another and seemed to kiss.
