Who ordered a pizza with extra snake?
Videos by Rare
After chowing down on a pizza, a family in Sippy Downs, Australia, left their pizza box, with crusts, sitting out. They should have really known better. Everyone knows Australia is full of things that are determined to kill you. Lo and behold, a Red Bellied Black Snake snuck its way into their pizza box, and was lying in wait.
New Pizza Box Resident: When the family went to throw out the pizza box, the snake was having none of it. They immediately jumped back, afraid of the venomous snake in their home, and called in a professional.
- They enlisted the help of Snake Catcher Dan, who, as his name suggests, catches snakes for a living. He arrives post haste, and gets to work ridding them of their pizza-stealing snake problem.
- In the video he shared on his Facebook, he takes a look at the Domino’s box and spots the unwelcome guest. It’s no small snake either, and despite most of us baulking at it, he described it as a beauty.
No Fear
Despite the Red Bellied Black snake being highly venomous, he quickly removes it from the pizza box. Handing his camera to the resident, he swoops in. Within only a few seconds, he has pulled the dangerous animal from its hiding place and casually swings it by the tail.
Snake Breakdown: Without a shadow of fear, Sam holds the snake in their kitchen and starts to break it down. He points out that it may not be the largest snake he has seen, but it’s healthy. According to Sam, it’s good and thick, suggesting a healthy diet. Evidently, the pizza has filled it up.
The residents are clearly impressed as he pulls the snake from the pizza box and casually drops it into a snake bag. “It’s just that easy,” the man holding the camera can be heard to say. Sam the Snake Man responds in the affirmative.
However, if you come face-to-face with a venomous snake, I wouldn’t suggest tackling it yourself. Just give it a slice of pizza, and call Sam while it is distracted.
