On Friday, former Mexican president Vicente Fox responded to Trump’s assertion on Twitter, saying that Mexico will not in fact be paying for the wall and in some very choice words at that.
“TRUMP, when will you understand that I am not paying for that fucken wall,” Fox tweeted. “Be clear with US tax payers. They will pay for it.”

His explicit tweet follows another statement made via Twitter in which he addressed also the wall.
“Trump may ask whoever he wants, but still neither myself nor Mexico are going to pay for his racist monument,” Fox wrote. “Another promise he can’t keep.”
Soon after the tweets about the wall, Fox questioned whether or not Trump even won the presidential election, saying, “Sr Trump, the intelligence report is devastating. Losing election by more than 3M votes and in addition this. Are you a legitimate president?”
