We’d ask him not to quit his day job, but by the looks of this photograph this thief probably doesn’t have one

A yet-to-be-identified car burglar was spotted running away from the scene of his crime carrying various items and one witness pulled out a camera phone and snapped a highly incriminating photograph.

He was caught red-handed and red-shirted, but ended up getting away.

The burglary happened bright and early last Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in Murrieta, California.

ABC 30 reports that he “broke into the car and took a box from the front seat and ran north on Cherry Point Lane toward Central Park Street” and then “jumped into a silver Toyota Corolla and fled the scene.”

This ridiculously photogenic burglar is still out there and the Temecula Police Department is asking anyone with information related to the incident to come forward.
