American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp said that Spicer’s actions were “too feisty” but “not racism.”
Professor and The Root editor Jason Johnson disagreed, arguing “You donāt get to tell other people what racism is!”
Schlapp and Johnson began to shout at each other afterĀ both men accused each other of not experiencing racism.
Panel hostĀ Chris Jansing tried to get the men back under control.
