Looks like “Flip or Flop” star Tarek El Moussa is flying solo when it comes to his real estate business.

TMZ got their hands on one of his flyers circulating southern California, and there’s no mention of his soon-to-be ex-wife Christina. The couple may have decided to part ways romantically, but they’ve insisted that they’ll be continuing their hit show together. The ad, however, marks the first business venture one of them has entered into alone since “Flip or Flop” started.
Tarek filed divorce papers in January after he and Christina reportedly separated following an incident at their home that involved a gun. They went to counseling in an attempt to sort their issues out but ultimately decided to go their separate ways.
