There was more than music in this couple’s hearts when they took to dancing in Central Park

Five years ago, Josh Dela Cruz and Amanda Phillips started a dance reel, but then it turned out they moved to the same beat.

The two started dating instead, and this year, they went back to that dance reel, hoping to finish it. But on the last take, Josh had a surprise for her. On one of the final moves, he took her hand and knelt and popped the question. Their friends were in on it, of course, but she wasn’t.

In the middle of Central Park, she said yes.
