This is the perfect dessert and it only takes 3 ingredients! The trick is all in the baking process, so pay attention to the instructions! You’ll need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4.3 oz. white chocolate
  • 4.3 oz. cream cheese
  • Powdered sugar, if you’d like to dust it when you’re done

Separate the eggs and put the eggs whites in a large bowl. Put them in the fridge for later.

Preheat the oven to 350.

Double boil the white chocolate and melt it down until it’s entirely liquid. Whip the egg whites until they’re firm. Mix the cheese and chocolate together, then add the merengue a third at a time, mixing well.

Then, grease some parchment paper and line your cake pan with it. Pour the batter into the pan and then lightly drop the pan on the counter to eliminate any air bubbles. Then you’re ready to bake!

Put the pan on a cookie sheet and put some hot water on it. You’ll need to bake it 3 times at three separate temperatures. Start by putting it in for 15 minutes at 350. Then, drop the temperature to 325 and bake for another 15 minutes. Then, off the oven and let it bake in the remaining heat for 15 more minutes.

Let it cool completely and you’ve got a piece of heaven.
