If you go through all the hard work it takes to break into a home, you should at least be allowed to clean yourself up afterward. And perhaps even have a warm beverage after that.

Clearly, this is what one home invader believed, as he not only broke into someone else’s house, but he took a bath and slept in the bedroom. Police eventually arrived to find the intruder had left a nice cup of joe on the back porch. Oh, he also threw away his trash in the trash can.

It was all in a day’s work for this Florida floater, identified as 28-year-old Zachary Seth Murdock. He broke into a rental home…then seemingly went about his day-to-day activities.

Zachary Seth Murdock Arrested

Police did not indicate if they cut him a break because he at first bathed. That’s probably not something that happens in the blue-collar criminal community.

After all this, Murdock apparently attempted to break into another home. But in that particular instance, the homeowner was there and called the cops.

Per CBS 12 News:

“The victim told police that a man wearing a dark-colored shirt, dark-colored pants and a baseball cap walked up to her sliding glass door and started pulling on the handle. When she asked the suspect what he was doing he said ‘he was looking for Tony’ and left.”

We sort of knew it all along — all of this was the mysterious Tony’s fault.

But it was Murdock who got apprehended for burglary and damage to a property. And now, it seems, he’ll have to get his coffee somewhere else.
