Malia Obama is garnering some buzz, and all she’s doing is leading her normal life. But hey, when you’re photographed with the same man twice in a week … and you’re the former first daughter … well, that can be news.

Malia, 24, is now living in Los Angeles after finishing her studies at Harvard, and the chatter about her personal life is suddenly abuzz on (where else?) social media.
And while she has always been low-key about her personal life, Malia definitely has her fans. They are wondering now about the sudden appearance of the new mystery man.
“This is the second time the pair have been photographed together in less than a week,” Life & Style Magazine wrote. “On Thursday, July 28, the two were snapped grabbing a takeout meal together. Malia appeared to have come from a workout, dressed in black leggings and a matching black sports bra. Her companion wore a casual a T-shirt and trousers but had a full head of dark hair, which he has since shaved off.”
Malia dated Rory Farquharson while at Harvard, and it’s actually unknown if the two are still a couple. Or is this new guy her main man?
“Since graduating in 2021, Malia relocated from Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Los Angeles, where she’s currently a staff writer on Donald Glover‘s upcoming Amazon series Hive,” Life & Style wrote. “She hasn’t been photographed with Rory since making the move.”
Was Malia on a date? Did she just make a new friend? Do we really deserve to know?
Probably not, but that won’t keep the public from wondering just the same.
