He confused being the ‘Belle of the Ball’ with the ‘bell of the balls’ and is now in jail

Police say he wanted to get a reaction from people. That, he did, and got something else — a trip to jail.

Kenneth Beck 64, was arrested in a small town south of Provo, Utah, after police say he ran around naked with bells attacked to his private parts. Police said a group of minors witnessed a naked Beck prancing near the Diamond Fork Canyon hot springs. When police confronted Beck, he was clothed, but didn’t deny the witness accounts, according to police.

Beck was cited for lewdness involving a child, a misdemeanor. The Smoking Gun reported Beck has a prior rap sheet that includes a  2005 conviction for exposing himself to a female restaurant employee while ordering food.
