It seems to have been a long road to Cleveland for Republicans. If nothing else, it has certainly been unusual.

The Republican National Convention began today in Cleveland, and, if things go as planned, it will end with Donald Trump as the Republican nominee for president.

Each day has a different theme, and tonight’s is “Make America Safe Again.” More than two dozen speakers are scheduled to appear on the convention’s first night, including Melania Trump, Donald Trump’s wife.

It’s on TV, and it’s online. Here’s a guide to the coverage.

When is it?

The convention opened Monday and ends Thursday after Donald Trump gives his acceptance speech.

Where is it?

The convention is being held in Cleveland, Ohio, at the Quicken Loans Arena.

Who will be there?

The convention will host approximately 2,470 delegates and 2,302 alternate delegates from all 50 states, the District of Columbia and five territories. In addition, there will be 50,000 visitors — about a quarter of those will be members of the media.

What time is it on?

The convention starts at 1 p.m. each afternoon, but the main speakers will be seen in primetime (starting at 8 p.m. ET).

What channel is it on?

If you are looking for gavel-to-gavel TV coverage, C-SPAN is the place you probably want to be. According to the network, they will began coverage at 11 a.m. and will have a daily wrap-up of the afternoon activities at 4:30 p.m. ET. They also plan to have a pre-primetime convention show at 7 p.m. ET each night.

What about TV?

For the cable channels:

MSNBC will have 20 hours of daily, live reporting from the RNC.
RNC-TV is an offering by some cable and satellite providers. The channel will present all-day coverage of the convention. Ask your cable/satellite provider if they are offering it. It will be called either “RNC” or “RNCTV.”
CNN is broadcasting from the convention center with 24 hours of live programing. At 9 p.m. ET, “America’s Choice 2016,” will focus on those speaking in primetime. Look for CNN’s digital coverage, too, with CNNgo, Snapchat coverage, and CNNVR.
Fox News is broadcasting from the convention with coverage throughout the day. It’s primetime coverage begins at 7 p.m. and closes out the day with a 2-hour “Hannity” beginning at 11 p.m. ET each night.

The Networks:

The three major networks, NBC, ABC and CBS, will host an hour of coverage during the convention’s primetime.
CBS News — Campaign 2016 coverage from 10 to 11 p.m. ET.
ABC News — “Your Voice Your Vote” from 10 to 11 p.m. ET
NBC News — Primetime coverage from 10 to 11 p.m. ET

Late Night TV:

“The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” 11:35 p.m. on CBS. Instead of taping early as usual, it will air live Monday-Thursday so Colbert can react to that night’s convention activities. The host will be in New York, but a “Colbert” team will be in Cleveland producing pieces.

“Late Night with Seth Meyers,” 12:35 p.m. on NBC. Airing live on Thursday only, so Meyers (who’s delighted in tweaking Donald Trump on air) can react to that night’s acceptance speech by the presumed Republican nominee.

“Real Time with Bill Maher,” 11 p.m. on HBO. Stepping out from his usual Friday night slot, Maher will do half-hour shows from Cleveland on Wednesday and Thursday nights. They’ll also be live-streamed on the show’s YouTube channel and available on Maher’s Facebook page the next day.

Can I keep up online?

You can download the official RNC app, provided by Google. The live stream will get you a 360-degree view of the Quicken Loans Arena. Plus other extras like bios and a list of speakers. Twitter will be live streaming with CBS News to stream @CBSNews‘ coverage of the RNC.

YouTube is offering a live stream, click here to see it.

FOX News and C-SPAN are also live streaming, via Facebook. The social media platform invited 22 companies to use their lounge to broadcast live video of the RNC.
