The moment this man hears his late wife’s voice in a lost message will warm even the coldest heart

Thanks to technical issues with his cell service provider, Stan Beaton lost a recording of his late wife’s outgoing voice message he had cherished since she died.

In a panic, he called Virgin Media, which dispatched 11 employees over three days to track down the lost voice message.

After lots of hard work, Virgin was able to save Ruby Beaton’s message, and give Stan back a piece of his life he thought he had lost.

“I was just so elated it had been found. I couldn’t believe it to be honest. I was so grateful,” Beaton told the Telegraph.

A video released by the BBC shows the exact moment when Stan hears his love’s voice and knows that he won’t lose it again.
