Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Vin Diesel are two of the most popular action film actors in Hollywood, but it seems that there’s a bit of a beef between the two. Johnson and Diesel are both featured in the new “Fate of the Furious” film, which is the most recent installment in the “Fast and Furious” saga.

But it seems that the pair isn’t really on the best of terms. Last August, The Rock wrote a post on Facebook

Some [actors] conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t. The ones that don’t are too chicken shit to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling–you’re right.

In an interview with USA Today Friday, Diesel opened up about his “feud” with the rock, saying, “I protect the franchise. I protect everybody including Dwayne. I protected Dwayne more than he’ll ever know, and it doesn’t matter. He doesn’t have to know. But he appreciates it. He knows it.”

While the pair might butt heads sometimes, Diesel said that they have a lot of respect for each other. He stated, “I’m always rooting for Dwayne.”
