Ratray played Buzz McCallister, the obnoxious older brother of Macaulay Culkin’s character, in the family classic.

The latest news involving Ratray, 45, follows his arrest in December on domestic violence charges. Lisa Smith, Ratray’s accuser, contacted prosecutors about a police report she filed in 2017 that accused Ratray of raping her, per CNN. Smith wanted to know why her own case has not been pursued.

Smith said she met Ratray at a bar with several others before heading back to his New York apartment. That’s where she believes she was drugged.

“I remember waking up and I couldn’t move. I couldn’t really open my eyes, but I could hear what was happening and I could feel what was happening,” Smith told CNN. “I knew that the other two people were gone and I was still on the couch,”

The New York City Police Department has not commented on the allegation specifically. They did tell People that it “takes sexual assault and rape cases extremely seriously, and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so we can perform a comprehensive investigation, and offer support and services to survivors.”

Ratray has not been charged. When reached by CNN, he acknowledged that the evening with Smith occurred, but denied her rape allegation.

“We did not have sex,” he said.

Along with Home Alone and its sequel, Ratray has appeared in films such as Dennis the Menace, Nebraska, Home Sweet Home Alone, and Kimi. He appeared on an episode of Better Call Saul last month.
