Teigen, 36, displayed her belly in a family photo album of sorts on Instagram images that featured the couple’s other children — daughter Luna, 6, and son Miles, 4. The mom of two captioned it with nothing more than a heart emoji.

All of this followed a recent post of Teigen with Miles, which featured him sleeping on her bump as they rode on a boat.
She first shared the news of her pregnancy earlier this month through a lengthy Instagram post. It comes after the loss of her pregnancy in 2020.
“The last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again. 1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way,” she wrote.

“Every appointment I’ve said to myself, “ok if it’s healthy today I’ll announce” but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still,” she added. I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing. Ok phew it’s been very hard keeping this in for so long!”
Last year the cookbook author revealed to PEOPLE she feared she wouldn’t be able to carry a child again, as she struggled with fertility issues. “Coming to terms with not being able to carry again is still really difficult for me because I feel so healthy. I’m like, why? But then I think about it as my uterus is just not cooperating with me — and it’s not a failure,” she noted.
