More specifically, women in the state are using TikTok and Facebook to communicate about Brock Turner, who was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman while she was unconscious in 2016. But he received just six months in prison.

The case garnered international attention and Turner became fairly well-known for all the wrong reasons. He has been required to register as a sex offender.

So it’s easy to see where he’s been staying, and Ohio women are putting the word out.

Brock Turner

“Brock Turner has apparently moved back to OH, specifically the Kettering/Oakwood area & has been frequenting local bars,” wrote one Facebook user. “If you see him out, inform the bartenders who he is, inform the women in the bar who he is, do not let anyone intoxicated walk away with him alone.”

That post alone received 18,000 shares and 1,000 comments. Turner’s picture has also been plastered to TikTok posts and making the rounds there.

“You see this piece of s***? Remember him?” said @moscowmadness said in a TikTok video. “He is walking around free in bars and clubs and stuff. Put everybody on high alert, and also, I just want to put it out there that from this day forward, we can no longer afford to let rapists and pedophiles and other insane violent men like this have peace in public.”

She continued: “If we know that they did something wrong, if we know that they are guilty, we cannot let them move on. Do not let them have peace. Do not let this man have peace.”

Another woman wrote on Facebook that Turner’s middle name is Allen, and he’s now been going by Allen Turner.

“It’s scary to know that these types of ‘men’ get a slap on the wrist (if that) and then get to go on about their lives as if nothing happened,” wrote another. “Please be vigilant, ladies. We are not safe.”
