An intense showdown between Rep. Steve Womack (R-Ark.) and some of his constituents played out on Tuesday.
“You guys just want to investigate everybody,” he told the angry crowd.
Some members of the crowd shot back, yelling about the congressional Republicans’ treatment of former Secretary of State and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton during long investigations into the Benghazi attack.
“You guys wasted a lot of money on Benghazi, waste a little on Trump,” shouted one constituent.

“The so-called angry crowds in home districts of some Republicans are actually, in numerous cases, planned out by liberal activists,” he tweeted.
But as pointed out by NBC’s Bradd Jaffy and others, it appears as though Democrat constituents are going through their own Tea Party moment:
