Egg rolls, unwrapped — next time, make your Asian food in the style of a Chipotle burrito bowl

We love egg rolls and insist on eating them whenever we order Chinese food. But that greasy wrapper isn’t exactly good for our waistlines.

Next time you’re craving Asian cuisine, make like Chipotle and disassemble your burrito (or, in this case, your egg roll).

Putting all the ingredients in a bowl instead of a wrapper saves a ton of calories, but still captures all those flavors we love. Best of all, this recipe is so fast and easy — perfect for a weekday lunch!
