The show follows three dysfunctional brothers who find themselves stationed at the same Florida base. While it’s doubtful this show will take any overt political stance, the military backdrop should come as a change of pace to many.

Huffington Post TV:

It may tug on your heartstrings, but its wit and intelligence are among the attributes that give it the right to do so. All in all, the terrific “Enlisted” is one of the most pleasing network comedies to come along in quite some time.

Hitfix.com:

What makes “Enlisted” different, and potentially very special, is that it has a sincere streak to go right along with its goofy side. It gets a lot of laughs out of life in the military while still demonstrating respect for the military and its soldiers, and genuine affection for its characters.

The Hollywood Reporter:

I wasn’t expecting much from Enlisted based on the Fox promos, but it’s immediately engaging and funny and makes you want to watch more as this world grows and the comedy increases its potential, much in the manner of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. That means Fox has launched two of the best freshman network comedies this season (it’s a shame it spent so much promo money on the tedious and unfunny Dads when it has real quality in these two).
