Marvel star Jeremy Renner has stated that he broke more than 30 bones in the New Year’s Day snow plow accident which sent him to the hospital for more than 2 weeks. Renner, who plays Archer Hawkeye in Marvel movies, posted on Instagram with a caption that read,

Renner spent his 52nd birthday in the hospital after being run over by a snowplow while clearing a driveway near his Nevada home. It left him with blunt chest trauma and Orthopedic injuries, according to his publicist. The actor had to undergo two surgeries and was treated in the Intensive Care Unit.
Earlier this week, The Mayor of Kingstown star had replied to a Twitter post from the show writing, “Outside my brain fog in recovery, I was very excited to watch episode 201 with my family at home.”
According to the 911 call that was obtained by CNN, Renner was “completely crushed under a large snowcat” and had “extreme difficulty breathing.” Apparently, the actor’s right side of his chest collapsed and his torso was crushed.
The actor’s snowcat, which is an engine-powered machine used to clear snow, started to roll away while the actor was off the driver’s seat, according to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Department. The accident occurred as the actor cleared his driveway and helped his neighbors remove the snow after there was a significant snowfall in the area.
Well I am glad to finally read what happened. All this time the headlines said he was run over by a snowplow but it never said a snowcat. In the northeast, a snowplow is a huge truck with a blade on the front. 30 broken Bon bones is 30 broken bones nonetheless and God bless him, he will recover!
