Lindsie shared these details on the newest episode of her podcast, “The Southern Tea.” Justin Paperny, a prison consultant, was a guest on the show, shared the news of her father’s wellbeing with her.

“My last visit with my dad, I couldn’t stop telling him how great that he looked,” Lindsie shared.

“He looks very, very good. I told him, I said, ‘Even your hair looks better a little bit longer and a little bit grayer,'” she added.

Her father’s typical style is a cropped, blonde cut, but he is now sporting his natural hair color. Savannah, the Chrisley’s younger daughter, shared on her own podcast about how “weird” it was seeing her father with his natural hair color.

Lindsie talked about her father’s mental state as well. “I know for sure that he is in such a better place.”

“His spirits are great. He is really just embracing the process there and making the best of the process there with the people that are also there serving time with him,” she added. “He’s made great friends. He talks about his friends there.”

She also shared how her father has been able to kick a bad habit. “His nails aren’t completely bitten off.”

In June 2022, Todd and Julie were found guilty of defrauding banks of over $30 million by providing false financial statements to make them appear richer than they were. They were given their sentences in November.

Todd got a longer sentence than his wife because the prosecutors thought he was the main person behind the couple’s fraud scheme, which had been going on for years.
