Dressed in all black, the rockstar was spotted enjoying the fresh air with his caregiver, stopping to smell the flowers along the way. However, his tilted posture suggests that the outing was a struggle.

Since his fall and subsequent neck surgery in 2019, the Diary of a Madman singer has been open about his health issues, including decreased mobility and chronic pain. In 2020, he made the difficult announcement that he’d been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

Osbourne recently opened up about his health struggles for Ozzy Speaks on Sirius XM. According to the Daily Mail, he said he felt like “a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest.”

He also stated that managing his pain is often a struggle. “I do the best I can to stay away from the pain medication, but there are times when I go: ‘You know, I’ve gotta take something,'” he said.

Despite feeling less than his best, the musician expressed frustration at the way his illness has been depicted in the media.

“The f****** Press drive you nuts. I mean, I looked in the magazine: ‘Ozzy’s on his last legs,'” he said. “I’m f****** not dying… come on, guys. Haven’t I had it bad enough already?”

The Mirror tells us that Osbourne called off his UK and Europe tour weeks ago, expressing his disappointment to his fans in a heartfelt Tweet.

“This is probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share with my loyal fans,” he said, “I am honestly humbled by the way you’ve all patiently held onto your tickets for all this time, but in all good conscience, I have now come to the realization that I’m not physically capable of doing my upcoming European/ UK tour dates, as I know I couldn’t deal with the travel required.”

He continued, “Never would I have imagined my touring days would have ended this way. My team is currently coming up with ideas for where I will be able to perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country.”

The singer ended his statement with a sincere thank you to all those who have supported him throughout the years. He also reassured everyone that tickets could be refunded.
