Bristol Palin Meyer celebrated World Down Syndrome day with her little brother, Trig this week.
On Tuesday, Meyer posted a few cute snaps with her little brother and shared a beautiful tribute to him.
“Happy World Down Syndrome Day!!!! Trig continues to light up our world!! He IS the boss around here and continues to fill our days with so much laughter! He is stubborn, and knows exactly what he wants – right this second,” she wrote in a closeup shot of Trig.
“He’s got everyone wrapped around his short chubby fingers – especially my dad who constantly stops by his school to make sure that he ate his lunch, and that his face is clean 🤓 Trig is our definition of perfection and there isn’t one day that goes by without us feeling so thankful that God chose us to be his family,” she added.
Later Meyer shared a photo of herself, her son Tripp, 8 and Trig.
“Family time with my favorite little guys as we celebrate this World Down Syndrome Day,” she wrote in the candid shot.
Sarah Palin and her husband Todd welcomed Trip in April 2008. The former Alaskan governor also shared a tribute to her youngest child on Facebook.
“Our family is blessed to celebrate Down Syndrome Day today and everyday! Like Todd says, ‘Had no idea he’d be king of this castle 24/7! Trig rules,'” she wrote alongside the video
