Bananas are among the healthiest foods you can eat, so we were thrilled to find this delicious way to incorporate our favorite yellow fruit into a blondie.

You will need:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1½ cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup banana, mashed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
