Goldie Hawn is showing quite some love for her “wacky man” Kurt Russell. On Friday, the actor marked his 72nd birthday and in honor of the occasion, Hawn, 77, posted a photo of Russell laughing while she sheepishly gave him a glance, seated beside him.

“Happy birthday to the wacky man in my life! I love you baby,” she wrote in the caption. Hawn’s sonĀ Oliver Hudson, reacted to the Insta post, saying, “Love this pic!!! Hahahah … Sums up your entire 40 years of togetherness.”
40 Years Together!
Hawn usually celebrates Russell on Instagram for his birthday, which lands on Saint Patrick’s Day. Back in 2020, sheĀ went on to write, “Happy birthday sweetheart. I love you. Fun doing the Irish jig with you on your birthday after all these years.”
In 2021 she wrote, “Happy birthday baby! What a wild ride. No, we never got married but one thing that continues to grow is our love. You’re a wild one, brilliant, lovable, childlike, perfectly maddening, a father supreme and deeply funny! I can’t imagine my life without you at any age, Kurt Russell. You’re the catch. And you’re all mine.”
The actress first began dating the actor 40 years ago on the set of 1983’s “Swing Shift” and have been an item ever since. Kate Hudson, 43, also shared a post to Instagram celebrating “Pa’s” special day, sharing a video of her family singing “Happy Birthday” to him.

Hawn has two children, Kate and Oliver, whom she shares with her ex-partner Bill Hudson, while Russell has a son named Boston Russell from a previous marriage. Hawn and Russell have a son together, Wyatt Russell, who is also an actor.
