Comedian/actor Roseanne Barr is coming back the only way she knows how — with a lot to say and a little bit of controversy.

Barr has released her first stand-up special in nearly 20 years, Cancel This, which premieres Feb. 13 exclusively on Fox Nation.
Barr rants on everything from COVID to her grandkids, taking a few shots at seemingly everything else in between. Most of her new routine is expected to be just good, old-fashioned fun. Though she does admit that this is her “most offensive” work yet.
Roseanne Barr Releases New Special
It surely got its name after Barr was indeed canceled off a Roseanne reunion show after sending out what many deemed a racist tweet. The show reunion show went on without her as The Connors. She didn’t mince words when she said she doesn’t watch.
“They denied me the right to apologize,” she told the Los Angeles Times. “They hate me because I have talent, because I have an opinion. Even though Roseanne became their No. 1 show, they’d rather not have a No. 1 show.”
“When they killed my character off, that was a message to me, knowing that I’m mentally ill or have mental health issues, that they did want me to commit suicide. They killed my character, and my character. And all of that was to say thank you for bringing 28 million viewers, which they never had before and will never see again. Because they can kiss my a**.”
Barr was a little more — OK, a lot more — excited when it came to her new stand-up special.
“I’m so happy that this is the most offensive in my stand-up that I’ve ever had the balls to be,” she said. “It got easier and easier. People showed me so much love. I was kind of overwhelmed by that. I just was so happy that when I looked out in the audience there, the bond between myself and them was not broken.”
I love Rosanne and they should never have canceled her show ! While the Conners is good it would have been so much better with her in it ! There is to much hate in this world ! You go girl , looking forward to seeing you in action !
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, no matter how wrong it is.
