The new season of Jeopardy! started Monday. Filming is currently on the way for Season 29, with at least 25 episodes already complete.

Former Jeopardy champ Ken Jennings and Mayim Bialik of Big Bang Theory fame were initially named interim co-hosts, but will now serve as permanent co-hosts, the show announced.
“It’s very exciting and especially exciting to get to share this honor and this platform with Ken who is such a legend and it’s very exciting, it’s overwhelming but in a really good way,” Bialik stated.
“I’m just such a fan of the show, to this day, I feel like a fan, I wouldn’t be the person I am without all the Jeopardy!” Jennings added. “I watched as a kid, and then, of course, it changed my life in a big way 20 years ago, it’s just an honor to be associated with the show in any way, and now with Mayim double the perks.”

Indeed, Ken Jennings continues to top the list of greatest regular-season Jeopardy! winners of all time. With $2,520,700 earned, he still surpasses James Holzhauer, who has $2,462,216.
Meanwhile, James Holzhauer — who won 32 consecutive games in 2019 — is in second place. However, he dominates the list of biggest single-game winners of all time.
