The Voice is back for season 23 and Kelly Clarkson is making her long-awaited return alongside Blake Shelton. The duo showed off their quirky relationship in a new teaser that was shared for the upcoming season. The promo featured Shelton being his usual self on the singing competition show which now includes a massive sign in the shape of a signature pick-me point.

The season features two new coaches, Chance the Rapper and Niall Horan, who are stepping in for John Legend and Gwen Stefani. But, one thing is certainly clear, the friendship between Blake and Shelton will once again take Center stage.

“After 23 seasons..” Shelton begins to say in the promo, as he pitches himself to a contestant before Kelly interrupts. “He’s so tired!” she interrupts laughing.
“ I am tired,” Blake agrees. “Tired of this!”
Although Blake will be departing the singing competition after the upcoming season, he did tell Entertainment Tonight during the season 22 finale that he believes Stefani will be back on the show in the future.
“But it will be the last time she and I do this together, and it is crazy to think of how the show changed my life,” he said. “I was so wrapped up in this that I didn’t even think about that!” So, could it be that the singer will never return the voice? What about as a probable celebrity mentor to Gwen’s team?
“Oh my god, I’d be honored to be Gwen’s mentor,” Blake shared. “Whatever she tells me to do, I’m gonna do.”
Who is Nial Horan?
Horan is an Irish singer and songwriter who rose to prominence as a member of the popular boy band One Direction which was formed in 2010 on The X Factor. The group went on to release a total of five albums and became one of the best-selling boy bands of all time. Following their hiatus in 2016, the singer signed a record deal as a solo artist with Capitol Records. He has since released two albums, Flicker in 2017, and Heartbreak Weather in 2020.
Flicker went on to debut at No. 1 in the United States and Ireland, reaching the top three in the United Kingdom and Australia. The album’s first two singles “Slow Hands” and “This Town” reached top 20 and several countries.
Heartbreak Weather was released back in March 2020 debuting at number one in the United Kingdom, Mexico, Ireland, and No.4 in the United States.
Who is Chance the Rapper?
Chance the Rapper is no stranger to the entertainment world, serving as a rapper, singer-songwriter, and record producer. He first released his debut mixtape, 10 Days, in 2012 and began to gain several recognition in 2013 after he released his second mixtape, Acid Rap. He went on to release his third mixtape in 2006 called Coloring Book, which earned him three Grammy Awards including the award for Best Rap Album.
After its win, it became the first streaming and only album to win a Grammy award, peaking at No. 8 on the billboard 200. In 2009 he released his debut Studio album, The Big Day.
Last season Camila Cabello joined Stefani, Legend, and Shelton as a coach.
