We have yet to meet anyone who doesn’t love a breakfast sandwich. They can be pricey in restaurants, but thankfully they’re cheap and easy to make at home.
This breakfast sandwich recipe from Kitchn is especially fun because it’s made in a bundt pan! The pan bakes bread in such a way that it molds perfectly to the fillings — egg, sausage, and cheese, in this case, but feel free to use whatever you’d like!
You will need:
- 1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
- 8 ounces breakfast sausage, uncooked, casings removed
- 8 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 12 ounces roasted red peppers, drained
- 4-5 slices sharp cheddar cheese
