Much has changed in his absence, in the world, and in his family. If you haven’t kept up with the Irwin family, here’s the low-down on the down under!

Terri Irwin:

Terri Irwin has been spending the rime since her husband’s death staying busy. She’s almost as busy as her late husband was. You see, in agreement with a pact they made when he was still living, Terri agreed to take over everything they worked on together and give it a brighter future.

Today, she runs the nonprofit organization that they stated, Wildlife Warriors, to protect wildlife spaces. The organization recently expanded into the United States, to Terri’s home state of Oregon. She runs the Australia Zoo with her children and in memory of Steve Irwin.

She is also not satin, stating that her life is full of the work and her two beautiful children.

Bindi Irwin:

The world got to know Bindi Irwin primarily through her show, Bindi the Jungle Girl. It ran for two seasons but ceased after her father, Steve’s death. Now, the 21-year-old continues with her father’s legacy working at the Australia Zoo and Wildlife Warriors with her family.

Most recently, Bindi just tied the knot with her fiance, Chandler Powell. He once was a professional wakeboarder, and now works at the Australia Zoo with Bindi and the Irwin family. The couple had planned on getting married a little later in the year, but with the uncertainty of Covid-19 looming, they wanted to have a private ceremony at the Australia Zoo. You can follow her on social media to keep up with her frequent posts; her handle is @bindisueirwin. She’s named after two of her father’s favorite animals: Bindi,  which is a saltwater crocodile, and Sui, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier!

Robert Irwin:

The youngest child of Steve and Terri Irwin, and the couple’s only son, is on board with the family mission, as you would expect! Robert Clarance, named after his father’s dad, is sixteen. You can catch him feeding gators and explaining all about wildlife in the Australia Zoo tv shows such as Roberts Real Life Adventures.
