Three months after the sudden death of actor Ray Liotta, his family and friends are still grief-stricken and shocked. In one particularly poignant remembrance, Liotta’s fiancée revealed over the weekend that he will be with her forever, in a sense.

Jacy Nittolo wrote Saturday on her Instagram account that she got a tattoo of a feather in honor of her fiancé earlier that day. She also posted a series of photos of the tattoo artist inking her arm.
“Yesterday marked 3 months,” wrote Nittolo, who became engaged to Ray Liotta in December 2020. “It only seemed appropriate to do something meaningful that will forever be with me. What an honor to have Mark Mahoneys gift do the work.”
A Special Tribute
Roughly two weeks ago, Nittolo also took to Instagram to share her thoughts about the death of Ray Liotta. He died in his sleep on May 26 at age 67 (not 66, as some news reports initially indicated).
“My life these past couple of years have been nothing but truly magical,” she wrote. “Ray and I share a deep love that I will cherish in my heart forever. We laughed daily and we were inseparable. The chemistry was wild in the best way. He was everything in the world to me and we couldn’t get enough of each other. The kind of real love that one dreams of.”
Nittolo added: “He was the most beautiful person inside and out that I’ve ever known…and even that is an understatement.”
Ray Liotta, Other Goodfellas Actors Pass On In 2022
Ray Liotta was one of three actors in Goodfellas, one of the most popular gangster movies ever, to die this year.
Tony Sirico, who achieved even more fame playing Paulie “Walnuts” Gualtieri in The Sopranos, passed away at age 79 at an assisted living facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on July 8. Paul Sorvino, one of the main characters in Goodfellas (and father of actress Mira Sorvino), died in Jacksonville, Florida, on July 25. He was 83.
