How did seller jvanilla-59 from Canada manage to acquire this intimate souvenir from the Iron Man actor? The listing claims it was snatched from director/producer Jon Favreau’s Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Downey Jr. had placed it there “just to make it official” when his friend received this honor on February 13.
According to the Daily Mail, this appeared to be part of a private joke.

So far, no one has bid on this unusual piece of cinema history. Perhaps this has something to do with the fact that the seller doesn’t provide any kind of authentication. Still, they assure potential buyers that the offer is legit.
“I’m selling it in the same condition I got it in and it can be tested for his DNA,” the item description reads. However, this process is easier said than done.
