Doing that to another driver can cause suck a panicked and unpredictable response that it could certainly injure someone. Especially when you’re on a highway and traveling at a high rate of speed, and especially if emotions run high because you’re frustrated or tired or just want to get where you’re going.
That being said, this dude totally had it coming — I’m sure the guy who did it doesn’t feel bad one bit.
