TV Host Piers Morgan Ate Steak in Front of Vegan Activist to ‘Prove His Point’

Piers Morgan is tired of “past-faced” vegan protestors, and he went out of his way to prove it.

How so? Well, Morgan ate a steak on the air — right in front of the said protestor.

Meat-eaters wouldn’t come into vegan restaurants and cause a ruckus, Morgan said. So he wondered why vegans are doing the same, disrupting businesses and other people’s dining experiences.

“Here’s my point. I love eating steak. I’m not going to stop eating steak,” Morgan said, as he ate steak — right on the set.

“And the very last thing on earth that will stop me eating steak is people like you with your pasty faces running into our restaurants and telling us to stop eating steak.”

Morgan was referring to protestors who have not only stormed everyday dining establishments in London, but also a “high-ended steakhouse.”

It should be noted that the waitresses, presumably meat-eaters, carried one vegan lass right out the door, before gently setting her on her bum on the sidewalk.

The vegan group is known as the Animal Rebellion, and a spokesman from the group joined Morgan on the show. So did a steak-making chef.

“Science now says that if you don’t have a balanced diet, it’s actually unhealthy,” Morgan said to the vegan spokesperson.

“Yeah, exactly,” the spokesperson responded. “A balanced plant-based diet is healthy.”

Which leads to the question — are they protesting that people aren’t eating vegan, or that they’re not eating healthy? Because if it’s the latter, boy oh boy, they have their work cut out.

“We have common goals,” the vegan spokesperson said.

“What are your common goals?” Morgan asked. “Irritating people?”
