The fallout from the defamation trial against Amber Heard has been swift as an industry insider is reporting that there was an emergency meeting about completely erasing the actress from the upcoming Aquaman film, currently scheduled to be called Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom.

KC Walsh, a writer for TheGWW.com, first reported the meeting was happening.
He posted to his social media, “There was a meeting and all of Amber’s scenes will be deleted from Aquaman 2.”
Walsh replied, “No way, really?”
Before the speculation went on down a rabbit hole of how the storyline would continue without her character.
A new report from Just Jared says that DC will actually replace her in the film and for future projects. Sounds like reshoots are coming.
During the trial the Head of DC Films testified that her role was set to be reduced, but added that it had to due with a lack of chemistry between the actress and male lead, Jason Mamoa.
“I think editorially they were able to make that relationship work in the first movie,” Walter Hamada stated. “But there was a concern that it took a lot of effort to get there and that would we be better off finding someone with more natural chemistry with Jason Momoa and move forward that way.”
“I was given a script and then given new versions of the script that had taken away scenes, ” Heard testified last week. “They basically took a bunch out of my role. They just removed a bunch out.”
Hamada countered: “The size of the role in the film that she had was determined in the early development of the script, which would be in 2018,” he alleged. “The character’s involvement in the story was sort of what it was from the beginning. From the early stages of the development of the script, the movie was built around the character of Arthur [Momoa] and the character of Orm [Patrick Wilson].”
Now, it seems, that he role will be erased completely. Most likely, as many Walsh followers suggest is that they kill off her character during childbirth and simply re-edit the movie.
As for Johnny Depp? After he was awarded $8.35 million in his defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard, now rumors are being reported that he’s been cast to play a role in Beetlejuice 2 alongside Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder.
I really think that if they kill Amber off it is the best decision, really… The studio wouldn’t want bad press before anyone gets out to see the movie in the first place… In the first movie she wasn’t the greatest actress but the movie wasn’t about her and neither is this one, she could stand to get more acting just not in any movie I would watch…. I feel that she purposely damaged Johnny Depps work in the long run, but she is a pretty skilled liar, better if she could of she’d a couple of 😢 tears… but that’s me…. I really can’t stand her….
Leaving her in the movie is punishing the other actors. People will skip the movie because of her so the other actors will not get to have people see their good work.
It will be interesting to see how crappy the movie becomes with all the deleted scenes.
Well the backlash has been severe against her during the trial. The petition to have her removed grew to 4.5 million signatures. If a movie ticket is 10 dollars that’s 45 million alone. After the trial you could almost double that ti nearly 100 million in revenue for the movie let alone the JL franchise

It’s not bravery, it’s the usual amplified narc entitlement, they see themselves as bigger than everyone, they simply do not think anything of doing awful things because it seems normal to them, they do not see beyond their own wants, they do not see consequences or any other concern. Disney’s likability has soured greatly when the three Johnny under the bus way before they had any reason too…now Johnny wants nothing to do with Disney and who could blame him. As far as Amber being cut from a movie she honestly should never have been in but whom Johnny was prodded by Amber to assist her in securing her role in an “Acquaman” movie…who could blame the company for completely cutting her out if the movie…no one, that’s who! She’s such a “negative” entity. I never even heard of Heard until she attached herself to Johnny…and apparently, I’m not alone in that regard. She’s a “nobody” who consistently finds loopholes into attaching herself to famous men (and women) in order to shed light on herself. Additionally, she now has attached herself in an arena that has become politically motivated in the movement to assist women (not men) in cases of abusive by partner/spouse. As usual Amber’s attempt to “use” anything and anyone is a failure and an insult to the individuals who were truly abused be them women or men…unless the organization is discriminatory against men who are battered by women. No women need allow herself to be mistreated by anyone in a relationship as there are several organizations that will assist in securing safe places to move into. If a women stays in an abusive relationship then whatever happens thereafter should be on the woman. There’s no justifiable reason to ever allow your safety, your life to be abused.
I am an actual survivor of domestic violence and she is NOT a victim! She is a perpetrator! She is making a mockery of DV victims with her lies and manipulation! Everyone should have held off on judging anyone until after this trial. Now we all know because we saw and heard the evidence ourselves. She used the story of an actual survivor, twisted it a bit, and used it to destroy someone. That is actual malice!
I agree with most of what you said however don’t shame someone for staying. Abusers are master manipulators and there are so many reasons a person might stay. Don’t judge them or worse still say it’s on them, you clearly have never been or known someone in that situation. It’s not that simple and the shame loaded in your comment makes it harder for victims to get out or reach out for help.
Unless you’re a domestic abuse survivor, keep your opinions to yourself. Most women can’t leave because the male has threatened to kill them, their insecure and plus don’t talk about a problem that you never walked a mile in their shoes you justifiably sound just like Amber Heard…talking about a situation you have no understanding of

Being a DV survivor myself , there are a lot circumstances going on that you know nothing about, it’s not as simple as walking away, especially if you have children, I left with assistance and was found twice due to the friends he had, and paid the price dearly, sometimes there is just no place to hide, so you have no idea what you’re talking about.
Two thoughts I keep having. First, Amber said several times she wanted nothing and wanted to be left alone. But amber used most of the divorce settlement, that she didn’t want, before there was a lawsuit. If she wanted to be left alone why did she write the piece? There are a lot of other ways she could have supported battered women without getting all of this supposed unwanted attention. The second thought, Amber did a lot of videos and pictures. I would think that she would have more convincing evidence.. and please don’t tell me about what they allowed or disallowed in the trial. The UK trial had the same issue.

As an adult the mental abuse from childhood had me believing that I had no worth, so I stayed. Johnny Depp testified of his own childhood memories and watching his mother abuse his father, who stayed. When people who don’t understand comment things like “I don’t understand why you don’t leave,” or “I don’t understand how you can let someone treat you like that,” their thoughts could have ended at “I don’t understand.” Until those who have not been abused listen without judgment or feeling the need to interject their opinions, abuse sufferers will be hesitant to ask for help.

Well I didn’t know Amber was married to Johnny Depp when I saw the first one and I didn’t like her in the movie. I thought she and Jason just didn’t click. It was like she or her character was written ( I don’t know which) way too combative , they just didn’t fit right. Then after I found out about a the allegations against Johnny Depp and looked into it I just couldn’t really believe it, I was really shocked! I was looking all over at what people and social media and main stream media was saying. Then the trial.. when I started hearing evidence and seeing them together and watching them in court , I’m sorry but it was very clear to me Amber Heard was the aggressor in the relationship. Then hearing those awful tapes ! Yes they both talked horrible to eachother but she proved to me through how she spoke and taunted him that she was no abused spouse. And her evidence 🙄 please. I’ve had worse bruises from my granddaughter throwing a plastic pony at me! Someone who had horrible beatings like she claimed but not one picture of them? Just pitiful ,could have e been wiped off makeup bruises? Really? She lost , the jury made the right decision and Johnny Depp got justice and hopefully can rebuild his life. She deserves to loose this part and be 100% removed! I will never watch anything she is in again. I think that she should be cut out so she can nurture herself and get therapy for her obvious anger and other personality disorders. There are too many women in the DCEU movie franchise already. The story is supposed to be about muscle-bound superhero men, not their nagging fakey love interest girlfriend distraction types. The first Aquaman movie was an instant classic, the only bad parts being the submarine CGI and Heard’s bad acting. Her sister came forward and was promptly discredited by her roommate who testified under oath to how her sister described the real event. I really did not know who Amber was prior to all of this and very little about Johnny Debb. Watching Amber through out the trial was insane. If you have had experience knowing someone with borderline narcissistic you would constantly be thinking that is Amber’s personality. Borderline start out in every relationship with in the back of their mind fear of abandonment and they proceed right from the beginning setting up the fall because they believe it will. The partner does not have a chance, they do not know what hit them. The best role she could play is that of someone of borderline narcissistic personality. There was not one description of abuse that was believable to me in the trail by Amber,, not one. I believe that she was the aggressor and I believe that Johnny was the one to be abused. I also believe that Amber really believes all that she said, they convince themselves that that they are right, that it happened and that everyone is against them sadly. With this disorder you are only their friend when you do not question them, when you do not point out obvious and never ever suggest they get help.
I think they should use Emilia Clark for Heards roll, she and Mamoa had a connection!

I was in a relationship with a woman for four years and she abused me and even had me arrested for false accusations of r*pe and impregnating her and leaving. Took months to clear my name. I feel for Johnny. He’s not perfect and did damage but I don’t believe for a second he hit her. His story has stayed consistent and never changed. How many times has her story changed? She hurt the me too movement and it should be innocent until proven guilty.
