“That’s one tough mf’er,” Evans wrote after Runner posted a photo of himself in bed receiving what appeared to be physical therapy. He then went on to ask, “Has anyone even checked on the snowcat???”  referring to the vehicle that was involved in the actors accident.

“Sending so much love,” he concluded adding a red heart. In response, Renner  appreciated his humor writing back to Evans “Love you brother…. I did check on the snow cat , she needs fuel.”

Runner was airlifted to a local medical center on January 1st after he was run over by an “extremely large piece of snow removal equipment.”  The accident occurred after he was clearing a driveway in order to help his neighbors remove snow after a snowfall in the area, according to his representatives and The Washoe County Sheriff’s department.

The actor suffered “ blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries,” and had to undergo several surgeries the next day. According to sources close to the actor, he faces a long road to recovery. “Jeremy is making positive progress,” the source said.

Much love and appreciation to you all,” adding, “These 30 plus broken bones will mend , grow stronger, just like the love and bond with family and friends deepens.
