A Memory Kept
“The last words she could say to me was, ‘My sunshine,’ Lattanzi shared with interviewer Hoda Kotb. Newton-John’s daughter also revealed that her mother was “making jokes” until she eventually lost the ability to speak.
Chloe reflected on how much her mother meant to her fans and to her. “I love my mom more than anything,” she shared, “She’s my mama, you know? She’s not Olivia Newton-John to me, but I’m so glad that she was Olivia Newton-John for so many people.”
Lattanzi also expressed how the love and support from fans has helped her through the healing journey. “It actually has been a life raft. It has felt like a big hug from the universe. And I’m very grateful for all of the people who reached out to us and extended their heart and their connection.”
