Ruling over a case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which challenged the constitutionality of a 2018 Mississippi law banning abortions after the first 15 weeks of pregnancy, the court sided with Mississippi. And in doing so, undid 50 years of federally protected abortion access.

But, according to Pew research, 61% of Americans believe abortions should be legal in all or most cases. So it didn’t take long for concerned citizens to take to the streets — and to Twitter. With protests erupting around the nation, many celebrities are also using their platforms to condemn the court’s decision. Among them:

Cher

Michelle Obama

Maria Shriver

Cynthia Nixon

Bette Middler

Busy Phillips

Patricia Arquettte

Keke Palmer

Mariah Carey
