A Cincinnati mother and her two teenage sons have been found dead in their home, the apparent victims of a murder-suicide.

The three bodies were discovered just more than five months after a murder-suicide involving the father and daughter in the same family.
Per the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office stated that Darlene Flores, 38, and her 16-year-old son Rodrigo Johnson died as a result of homicides, and her oldest son Eric Johnson Jr., 19, the result of an apparent suicide,
Cincinnati police discovered Flores and the Johnson brothers dead after responding to a call on a person who was possibly dead, per the Enquirer. Upon arrival, police found all three unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound.

A GoFundMe page set up by a relative seemed to confirm how the family had died.
“Our oldest grandson sadly took the lives of his mother and brother and then took his own life,” the site reads. “This Johnson/Flores family now rests in peace and will be deeply missed by all.”
Rodrigo Johnson was a member of the Purcell Marion High School football team, his death resulted in the school canceling all athletic events for the weekend.
This follows a tragedy in August, when SWAT team members were in an hours-long standoff with Eric Johnson, in an attempt to get him to return 6-year-old daughter Iyla back to his mother, Darlene. Eventually, they found Robert and Iyla Johnson had died from gunshot wounds.
